Choose the Right Plan for Your Workflow

iMideo credits are the usage currency for AI video generation, AI image generation, and editing tools. Each text-to-video, image-to-video, or image task uses credits based on the model, resolution, duration, and mode you choose. Higher resolutions and longer videos usually require more credits than quick previews.

You can get credits in three ways: 1) purchase a one-time credit pack valid for 1 month (300-2000 credits), 2) subscribe to a Monthly plan (200-1400 credits per month), or 3) subscribe to a Yearly plan (1800-13200 credits per year) for a lower effective monthly price.

One-time credit purchases are valid for 1 month from the purchase date. Monthly subscription credits reset each month — unused credits expire at the end of the billing period. Yearly subscription credits do not expire while the yearly subscription stays active, so unused credits accumulate during the active subscription period instead of resetting monthly.

Yearly plans mainly differ from monthly plans in two ways: (1) a lower per-credit rate — Lite $0.05, Pro $0.033, Ultimate $0.023 per credit, versus $0.065 / $0.05 / $0.036 on monthly plans; (2) credits do not expire while the yearly subscription stays active. Queue and workflow limits still follow the plan level: Lite uses Standard queue, Pro uses Priority queue, and Ultimate uses Fastest queue.

The Ultimate plan is the highest iMideo subscription tier. Ultimate Monthly includes 1400 credits per month, while Ultimate Yearly includes 13200 credits per year. All AI models, including Nano Banana, Seedream, and Z-Image, are billed with credits. You also get Fastest queue, 8 concurrent tasks, up to 4 results at once, early access to new and premium models, and the highest credit value.

Yes, both Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and you'll retain access to your subscription features until the end of your current billing period.

Yes, we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from your plan. This applies to both subscriptions and one-time credit purchases. For subscription renewals, the 7-day refund window restarts with each billing cycle. Automatic credit refunds for failed tasks do not affect refund eligibility. After canceling your subscription, your videos remain stored until the end of your current billing period. After that, they are deleted after 24 hours unless you download them. We recommend downloading important videos before your subscription ends. Downloaded MP4 files remain available on your device.

Storage duration depends on how you're using iMideo:
• Free users (no purchase, no subscription): Generated results are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Download anything you want to keep before then.
• One-time credit packs: Starter Pack keeps results for 24 hours, Creator Pack for 7 days, and Studio Pack for 30 days.
• Monthly / Yearly subscriptions: Results stay stored for the entire active subscription period. After you cancel, the 24-hour rule applies and you have until the end of your current billing period to download them.
